Brevo Pricing: The Full Picture (Plans & Fees) 2026

Brevo pricing starts at $0 and scales with your monthly email volume rather than your contact count. The Free plan sends 300 emails per day, paid plans start with the Starter plan at $9/month ($8.08/month billed yearly), Standard at $18/month ($16.17 yearly), Professional at $499/month ($449.10 yearly), and Enterprise is custom-quoted. Yearly billing saves 10%.

That model makes Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) cost-effective for small businesses with large lists. SMS and WhatsApp credits are sold separately, and add-ons like logo removal, extra seats and sales tools can raise your bill.

This guide breaks down Brevo pricing for every plan, add-on and hidden cost so you can see what you’ll actually pay.

Brevo Pricing: Annual vs Monthly Billing

Every Brevo plan except Free gets 10% off when you pay for a year upfront.

PlanMonthly billingYearly billing (per month)You save per year
Starter$9$8.08~$11
Standard$18$16.17~$22
Professional$499$449.10~$599
EnterpriseCustomCustomNegotiated

I’d only choose yearly billing once you know your email volume. Yearly plans can’t be paused, and switching between monthly and yearly means cancelling first, with the change taking effect at the end of your billing period. Monthly plans, by contrast, can be paused for up to 3 months.

How Brevo Pricing Works

Brevo’s pricing structure differs from most email marketing platforms in two ways:

  • You pay for email volume, not contact count. Mailchimp and most competitors charge by list size; Brevo charges by how many emails you send each month.
  • Contact storage is still capped on lower tiers. Starter and Standard store 500 contacts at the 5,000-email tier, 1,500 at 10,000 and 2,500 at 15,000, rising to 500,000 on higher tiers. If you go over the contact limit on one of those first three tiers, Brevo moves you to the next tier automatically and your price rises.

So while Brevo is friendlier to large lists than contact-based pricing models, it does not offer unlimited contacts on any plan except Enterprise. Unused monthly sends also expire rather than carrying over.

Basic statistics

I’ve found Brevo’s free plan to be perfect for testing the platform before committing to a paid tier (the free plan needs no credit card and has no time limit). You can run email and SMS campaigns, send transactional messages, and use the drag and drop editor without spending a dime.

However, the 300-email daily limit, the Brevo branding, and the lack of landing pages and A/B testing make the free plan hard to rely on long-term. Campaigns larger than 300 contacts only reach the first 300 on the scheduled day; the rest have to be requeued manually. In my experience, most users outgrow the free plan once they need consistent sending or better branding control.

For those needing a permanently free account with higher send limits, Sender offers up to 15,000 emails monthly on its free version.

The Brevo Starter plan is what I’d recommend for freelancers or small businesses looking for reliable email campaigns and basic analytics without complex automation. The Starter plan removes the daily cap, adds forms and advanced segmentation, and now includes Brevo’s MCP integration for managing campaigns from ChatGPT or Claude.

Still, the Brevo logo stays on your emails unless you pay $9/month to remove it, and there’s no A/B testing or landing page builder. I’ve noticed users often move off the Starter plan when they want marketing automation or A/B testing.

The Standard plan, previously called the Business plan, is designed for growing companies ready to scale email campaigns with automation tools. It adds marketing automation, A/B testing for subject lines and content, AI send time optimization, web and event tracking, and removes the Brevo logo at no extra cost.

However, you get one landing page and no WhatsApp, popups or push notifications. From what I’ve seen, most users outgrow it when they need multi-user access for a bigger team or more advanced capabilities like contact scoring.

The Professional plan is where Brevo becomes a full multichannel marketing platform. It adds WhatsApp campaigns, popups, web and mobile push, contact scoring, advanced ecommerce features, and AI segmentation for teams managing complex customer interactions.

However, at $499/month ($449.10 billed yearly), it’s a big jump from Standard, especially for mid-sized businesses that won’t use the advanced features.

Enterprise pricing is custom, built for organizations running high-volume campaigns across brands or markets. On top of everything in Professional, it adds multi-account management, custom objects, custom data integrations, the Brevo Mobile Wallet and a custom loyalty engine.

Custom pricing suits large ecommerce brands or groups managing several business units, which is why enterprise plans are quoted by Brevo’s sales team.

Brevo Hidden Fees & Extra Costs

While Brevo is among the more transparent email marketing platforms, headline Brevo pricing rarely tells the whole story. Here’s what can add to your Brevo cost:

Logo Removal Cost

The Brevo logo appears on Starter emails by default. To remove Brevo branding, you buy a paid add-on called “No Brevo logo”, which costs $9/month and doubles the entry price of the plan. Higher plans (Standard, Professional and Enterprise) carry no Brevo logo, and Free plan branding can’t be removed at all.

Dedicated IP Pricing

A dedicated IP gives you full control over your sender reputation. It costs $251/year as a Professional add-on and is included with Enterprise.

Additional User Seats

Starter includes one seat with no option to add more. Extra marketing seats cost $12/month each on Standard (up to 3 total), while Professional seats come in packs of 5 for $156.60/month.

Sales Tools

Brevo’s CRM tools and sales tools are sold as packages: Sales Essentials costs $31/month (all paid plans) and Sales Advanced costs $64/month (Professional and Enterprise). Extra sales seats are charged at the same price as the package.

Extra Landing Pages

Free and Starter include no landing pages, and Standard includes one with no add-on available. Professional includes 10, and each add-on of 50 more pages costs $250/month (up to 110 pages).

SMS and WhatsApp Credits

SMS credits are sold separately on every plan and priced by recipient country. WhatsApp credits are available on Professional and Enterprise and priced by country and template type.

Brevo Pricing by Email Volume

Brevo pricing climbs in steps as your monthly email volume grows. Here’s what the Starter plan and Standard plan cost at common tiers:

Monthly emailsStarterStandard
5,000$9$18
10,000$17$35
20,000$32$69
40,000$46$89
60,000$65$104
100,000$82$139
250,000–$249

So, how much does it cost to send 10,000 emails a month? Around $17/month on Starter or $35/month on Standard, based on the table above.

Brevo Pay-As-You-Go Costs

Pay-as-you-go credits suit businesses that send email campaigns occasionally or have seasonal peaks. Prepaid email credits never expire, come in packs from 5,000 to 1 million emails, and one credit equals one email sent. Larger packs lower your per-email rate.

Brevo Pricing vs. Competitors: Which Costs Less?

When comparing Brevo pricing with other email marketing platforms, the biggest difference is what you pay for: sends, not subscribers.

Sender remains a budget-friendly option with an easy-to-use interface, making it appealing for small businesses and creators just starting with email marketing. For a more comprehensive marketing platform combining email, SMS and WhatsApp, Brevo offers more flexibility.

In the Brevo vs. Mailchimp comparison, the key difference is the pricing model: Mailchimp charges by contact list size, while Brevo charges by email volume. Volume-based Brevo pricing makes it cheaper for large lists that you email less often. Mailchimp has stronger creative tools; Brevo bundles more channels.

In Brevo vs. MailerLite, MailerLite is a simpler email marketing tool for creators, but Brevo’s SMS, WhatsApp and transactional email give it an edge for ecommerce and automation-heavy brands.

ActiveCampaign offers more advanced automation, but at a higher cost than Brevo. If you need deep customer journey mapping, ActiveCampaign is worth comparing; if price per email matters more, Brevo usually wins.

In my assessment, Brevo pricing makes the most sense for small and mid-sized businesses that want multichannel marketing (email, SMS and WhatsApp) without paying enterprise prices. It’s particularly strong for ecommerce brands with big lists and moderate send frequency.

However, teams that need more sophisticated CRM capabilities or deeper analytics may find better fits elsewhere.ActiveCampaign and HubSpot excel at customer journey mapping, while Klaviyo dominates ecommerce personalization.

For startups prioritizing the lowest cost over multichannel features, Sender delivers comparable email marketing functionality at an even more accessible price.

Brevo Pricing FAQs

No. Brevo pricing is based on monthly email volume, not contact count, although lower tiers cap how many contacts you can store.

Yes. Brevo’s Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. It allows 300 emails per day and up to 100,000 stored contacts, but every email carries Brevo branding, and A/B testing, landing pages and phone support are excluded.

Brevo is a marketing platform for email marketing, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, transactional emails, marketing automation and basic CRM. Small businesses use these marketing tools to run campaigns and customer messaging from one account.

About $15/month on Starter or $31/month on Standard, based on the volume table above. Occasional senders can buy prepaid credits instead: a 10,000-credit pack costs around $59 and never expires.

Yes. Yearly billing takes 10% off all paid plans, so Starter drops from $9 to $8.08/month and Standard from $18 to $16.17/month.

Unused sends don’t roll over, and you can’t send past your monthly quota. You can add emails to your plan from the My plan page (charged pro rata), buy prepaid credits, or upgrade to a higher tier.

Yes. Free stores up to 100,000 contacts, Starter and Standard up to 500,000 depending on tier, Professional up to 2 million, and Enterprise is unlimited.

Verified nonprofits get 20% off monthly and yearly plans. You apply through Brevo support.

There’s no dedicated agency plan. Agencies typically use Professional ($499/month) or Enterprise, which adds multi-account and sub-account management for handling several clients under one dashboard.
